There is a lot of material (*) on the Internet that purports to be scientific but is not. The links below represent sources you should use when looking for an answer to a question, or when you have run across a site that seems to be promoting unusual science.
I built this page after writing the article: Science and Non-science on the Internet for the September 1998 issue of the LCAS NightTimes. I will update these links as I come across other resources or when new forms of pseudo-science emerge.
(*) In my opinion, examples of non-science include: astrology, ufology, creationism, alien autopsies, anti-gravity, perpetual motion, numerology, "intelligent design" and so on.
